 University Hospitals Catering Policies

Thank you for your interest in our catering services.  We look forward to being a part of your event.  The following information will be helpful in planning your function.

To serve you in the best possible manner, please follow the lead times on the catering website for any catered function to guarantee your specific order and time.  Because good things take time, please give us at least 24 hours to successfully fulfill your event needs.  Every effort will be made to accommodate your last minute requests.

Linen and china service are available by request and at an additional charge. 

A $25 Administrative Charge is added to all orders with less than 48 hour notice. 

Our regular Monday –Friday catering hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.  Weekend functions are available from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 PM for cold menu items only. 

If you have moved a catered event from one location to another, please alert us immediately to the exact new location to avoid confusion.

Modifying your order – You can modify your order on the catering website up to the order lead time for that menu. After that time, modifications to orders must be called in to the catering representative.

Cancellation Policy -   To avoid being charged, cancellations or changes to catering orders must be made up to the lead time indicated for that menu.

Substitutions: We reserve the right to vary menu selections and adjust prices when necessary to meet market conditions.

Catering Orders are cut off at 3:00PM, this also applies to Friday at 3:00PM for Monday orders.

For a Floor Stock order to be delivered the next business day, it must be entered into CaterTrax by 3:00 PM. Offsite Floor Stock orders are only delivered on Tuesday and Thursday.
